CIVIL LAW

- Law of Obligations
- General civil law
CONTRACTUAL LAW
The most frequently concluded contract is the purchase contract and for many clients the most important purchase contract in life is the purchase of a plot of land, a house or a property, which must be notarised because of its importance.
This makes it all the more important for clients to involve a lawyer when concluding purchase contracts in order to avoid unpleasant surprises later on. The same applies to post-contractual disputes with the contractual partner.
